Be sure to keep the Lint filter clean. Check the Filter Alarm. It is recommended to clean the Lint filter before every load.

  • To clean, gently pull up the top of the lint filter, remove both filters, and take care not to damage.
  • Remove lint and use a vacuum for excessive dust.
  • Clean with a brush and running water, then let them dry in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
  • Once dry, replace the inner filter in the outer filter and reinsert the lint filter back into the machine.

Caution: Direct sunlight may cause damage to the filters.

When it is time to clean the Heat Exchanger, the dryer will alert you by displaying the ‘Clean Heat Exchanger’ message.

  • To clean it, gently press the outer cover to open, unlock the inner cover, and remove it.
  • Avoid touching the Heat Exchanger with bare hands to prevent burns.
  • Use the provided cleaning brush with vertical movements to clean the dust without damaging the fins, and wipe the inner cover with a damp cloth.
  • Reinsert and lock the inner cover, close the outer cover, and tap "O" to dismiss the notification message, which will remain until acknowledged.

Next, use a proper course to dry your items. If the laundry is still damp, either raise the Dry Level or add more time. You can also select additional dry courses.

  • For Sensor Dry cycles, raise the Dry Level or add a dry course as needed.
  • Time Dry cycles run for a set duration, so add more time if required.
  • The Pattern cycle suggests optimal drying settings based on your most frequently used cycles.

If the dryer displays the ‘Empty the tank’ message and stops operating, the water tank needs to be emptied.

  • To do this, pull the handle slowly using both hands as it is hot, keeping it level.
  • Empty it through the drain hole and ensure no water remains before reinserting.
  • Finally, place the tank back and tap and hold the "O" button to clear the message and resume drying.

Before using your dryer, ensure it’s not overloaded to avoid damp clothing; therefore, it is recommended to load the dryer to about three-quarters of its capacity for optimal drying. Additionally, avoid mixing light and heavy items, as the dryer stops when lighter clothes dry, leaving heavier ones damp. Furthermore, very small loads may not activate the sensors, so adding a few more items helps balance the load.
