What models of smart door locks support Samsung Wallet's digital key ?The following models are compatible with Samsung Wallet's digital keys:
(i) Wi-Fi function: Samsung / Zigbang SHP-H60R, SHP-H60F, SHP-DR708, SHP-DP609, SHP-A30, SHP-P72 & SHP-R80 and
(ii) NFC function: Samsung / Zigbang SHP-DR708, SHP-DP609, SHP-A30, SHP-P72 & SHP-R80 -
How to pair up the smart door lock with Samsung Wallet?Fristly, you should pair up the smart door lock with the Zigbang mobile app ( please refer to the Zigbang instructions for detail). Secondly, you should add your smart door lock to Samsung SmartThings mobile app. After that you can use the digital key through the Samsung Wallet.

Can you add the same digital key to Samsung Wallet on different smartphones at the same time?You can pair the same digital key to Samsung Wallet at different smartphones one by one; then all smartphones will connect with the digital key at the same time.

Is a network connection required for using a digital key?Yes. Internet connection is required.

Will I lose all the records of paired digital key if I delete the Samsung account?Yes. All the records of the paired digital key in Samsung Wallet will be ceased if you delete the Samsung account.

How can I transfer the records of the digital key if I change to a new Galaxy smartphone?After you replace the new Galaxy smartphone, you need to pair up the digital keys to Samsung Wallet at the new device.

Can I use Samsung Wallet's digital key If I don't log in Samsung account?No. You can't . It is because the digital key is connected with Samsung SmartThings and Samsung Wallet. You cannot access to Samsung Wallet if you cannot log in to Samsung account.
