  • Is it possible to register all products without any restriction?

    Unfortunately, there are restrictions for product registration. Only Samsung products are eligible for registration, and storage devices such as SSDs, accessories, and components that constitute the product cannot be registered even if they are Samsung products.

  • Check if the product is eligible to register.

    Check characters look alike. The letter "O" can look like the number zero"0" or the letter "S" can look like the number five "5." Take a closer look.

    Make sure there are no missing codes.
        - IMEI: 15 digits
        - Mobile/Tablet/Wearable device S/N: 11 digits
        - Other products S/N: 15 digits

    Please enter the serial number located on the product itself, not the one on the package.

  • We have prepared guides for your product, so simply click on the "How to find Serial Number or IMEI" button when prompted.

    * Go to Product Registration

  • When you connect your Samsung smart home appliances to the SmartThings app, they will be automatically appeared in Unregistered Products of My Products. Then you can register the product just clicking the 'Register' button. Please note that OEM products might not be automatically shown on My Products when you connect them to the SmartThings.

  • Using a VPN can cause connection issues. We recommend not using a VPN while registering.

  • You can access your list of registered products on 'My Page & My Products'.

  • Registering your products gives you faster support and access to all the services for your registered products in one place.

        - Product details are immediately available to Samsung Customer Service making it easier to find documents and queries can be processed more quickly.
        - Download the latest manuals, FAQs and instructions without having to search for your product.
        - Track your service status online.
        - Check the auto-calculated warranty with registration.
        - Enjoy expanded experiences with recommended products based on My Products

  • Manufacture Warranty: All Samsung products come with a manufacturer warranty which is auto-calculated warranty with serial number or IMEI. For accurate warranty period, please submit a warranty dispute for review.

    Confirmed Warranty: Your confirmed warranty is provided when Samsung confirms the date of purchase for your product. This applies to products purchased at Samsung.com and the date of activation of your phone.

  • Product registration is required for Samsung repair services online. Register the product from My Products and start the prompt and easy Samsung repair journey with Get Support button

  • The personal information collected via the Samsung Account on My Page is used as follows:


        - We provide the information of the device that the customer has logged in or purchased while logged in to make product registration and repair request process easier.

        - Simplify the process of monitoring the status of product repair requests.

        - Make it easier to find information about new products related to the products that the customer owns.
