You will be informed by a SMS once the parcel reached the pick up point. Please present the SMS to collect your parcel at the pick up point.

Extra charge may occurred if it is not picked up the next day upon arrival.

For SF pick up point service policy and pick up points locations, please refer to SF Express website. If there is any inconsistency of SF pick up point between Samsung Online Shop and SF Express Website, the SF Express Website version shall prevail.
