- When can I pick up my order?
- Your order will dispatch on next business day (pre-order items excluded), and will be ready for pick-up in store within 3 business days.
You will receive an email when your items are ready. - What do I need to pick up my order?
- To pick up your items in the store, please present your ‘Ready to Pickup’ email with order identification code on your phone. You'll also need to provide the phone number used to place the order for verification.
- How long will the store hold my reserved items?
- Orders made online and scheduled for in-store pick up will be held at the store for 7 days.
If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 7 days, you will be automatically refunded. - Can I cancel my order?
- We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
- What if I missed the pickup deadline?
- If you have not picked up your orders 7 days after it arrived at the store, you will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We understand that you have a busy schedule, if you are unable to pick up within the 7 days, we suggest you to reach out to our customer service for alternative arrangements as soon as possible at (+852) 3698 4633.
- Can I return items bought through in-store pickup?
- We accept returns of products for purchases within 7 days of pick up only if they are faulty or the products delivered are not what you ordered (The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary). If your product is not returned with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) received with it, we may reject the return entirely. Visit here to learn more.
- After order creation, can I change the store to pick up?
- We regret to inform that you cannot change the pickup store once placed.
- Can I send someone to pick up on my behalf?
- We hope to welcome you in person. But if you are unable to pick up the parcel, please ensure you provide a Letter of Authorization and the assigned person needs to present the ‘Ready to Pick Up’ email and provide the phone number used to place the order for verification.
