Useful Tips for My Page
My Page is an all-rounded portal to easily schedule a repair appointment at our Service Centers, register your products, request for a callback and other assistance you may need.
You can register your Samsung products at My Page for easier management.
Step 1. Click Register under "My Products".
Step 2. Click Enter your Serial Number or IMEI and enter relevant information to register the product.
After registration, you can manage all your Samsung products under "My Products". You can check the status of your devices, Serial / IMEI Number etc.
It’s easy to find your IMEI number or serial number:

- You can get your registered TV info from Samsung Account when you log in on your Smart TV
- IMEI number or serial number may be found in the Setting Menu on Smart TV or Watches
- For Home Appliances, serial number may be found on packaging, printed on your device or on the back of your device
If you have any inquiry for your product, you can seek assistance by clicking Get Support under "My Products". Select the issue that you have encountered, our tips for troubleshooting might be able to help. Alternatively, you can also contact us by selecting Support Option. Simply reach out through Support Request, App Inquiry or Live Chat, our customer service agents are at your service.
If you would like to use our Walk-in Repair service, booking an appointment ahead allows you to skip the queue when you come to our Customer Service Centre in person. Click Get Support under "My Products", then select Support Option. You can book an appointment by selecting Repair Support.
Under "My Repair", you can find a summary of all your requests using "Track my repair", such as Date of Request, Product, Model Number, Ticket Number, Status and Ticket Type.
