Natural Color Software

A common problem or complaint among computer users is that the color of the images printed by a printer or other images scanned by a scanner or a digital camera are not the same as those shown on the monitor.

The Natural Color Software is the solution for this problem. It is a color administration system developed by Samsung Electronics in association with Korea Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI).

This system is available only for Samsung monitors and matches the color of the images on the monitor to that of the printed or scanned images.

The installation disc provided with your monitor at the time of purchase contains the Natural Color software.

To install the Natural Color software, follow these steps:

Insert the installation CD included with the Samsung monitor into your CD-ROM Drive. The installation CD starts automatically and displays the initial installation screen.
Click Natural Color on the initial screen. The Natural Color installation begins.
Follow the instructions on the screen.

If the installation program does not start automatically, you will have to install the program manually. To Install the program manually, follow these steps:

Insert the installation CD included with the Samsung monitor into your CD-ROM drive.
Click the Windows Start button, and then select Run.
Enter D: color/eng/setup.exe, and then press Enter. The Natural Color installation begins.

Note: If the drive where the CD is inserted is not D, enter the applicable drive. 

Follow the instructions on the screen.

To delete the Natural Color software program, follow these steps:

Click Start>Settings>Control Panel.
Double Click Add/Remove Programs. A list of installed programs appears.
