The time indication on the display is rising/falling during a wash

Samsung Washing Machines display a "time left to run" that can often appear to change either upwards or downwards by a number of minutes during the programme.

Don't be alarmed, our modern appliances are designed to re-calculate the time left to run periodically throughout the wash and rinse cycle. If your appliance deems that a longer length of wash or rinse time is required due to water pressure or incoming water temperature for example, it will do this on your behalf then alter the display to let you see the current situation.
