There is frost on the shelves and food in freezer, is it normal?
Yes, it is normal.
Cool air in the freezer goes out and warm air enters the freezer when opening and closing door. Warm air contains many small moisture particles, these moisture particles stick to the inner wall and food with lower temperature later creating frost. It is a natural phenomenon.
It is a same principle as a frosty car window during the winter.
Below is an example of frost on the shelf. Please wipe out frost with a dry cloth.
