Activate Air Command panel of Note8 ‘S Pen’

To open the Air command panel on Samsung Galaxy Note8,
detach the S Pen from the slot or
hover the S Pen over the screen and press the S Pen button.
You can also tap the Air command icon with the S Pen.

Accessibility
 
Additionally, if air command is not activated even though your device is based on the latest software version, please check whether you had ever activated any menus in Accessibility.
 
Some features (i.e. Air view, Air command, Edge panels, Multi-window) are not available while you are using specific menus of Accessibility (i.e. Voice Assistant, Magnifier window, Magnification gestures etc.).

Please update your Note8 device to the latest version via FOTA or Smart Switch PC.
