Galaxy Tab S - Connection to PC via SideSync 3.0 app fails. Is my device faulty?

The device is not faulty and it is a concept of Sidesync 3.0.
Currently, SideSync 3.0 only supports connection between the PC and Galaxy smartphones, or between the Galaxy Tab and Galaxy smartphones.
Therefore, the Galaxy Tab cannot connect with the PC via SideSync 3.0
