How to use Quick panel
Quick panel allows you to view the Galaxy Watch3’s current status and configure settings.
To open the quick panel, drag downwards from the edge of the screen. To close the quick panel, swipe upwards on the screen. To close the quick panel, swipe upwards on the screen.
Rotate the bezel or swipe to the left or right on the screen to move to the next or previous quick panel.
Editing the quick setting icons
Adding a quick setting icon :
Tap and hold an icon on the quick panel and tap plus icon, then select a feature you want to add on the quick panel. The icon for the feature you select will be added.
Removing a quick setting icon :
Tap and hold the icon you want to delete on the quick panel and tap minus icon. The quick setting icon will be removed.
You can also edit the quick panel on the Apps screen, tap Settings → Advanced → Edit quick settings.
Activating goodnight mode for sleeping
On the quick panel, tap night icon.
Incoming calls will be muted and the screen will not turn on when receiving incoming calls.
Also, all notifications will be muted, except for alarms, and the screen will not turn on when notifications are received.
Also, the wake-up gesture feature and watch always on feature will be deactivated automatically.
Activating do not disturb mode
Incoming calls will be muted and the screen will not turn on when receiving incoming calls. Also, all notifications will be muted, except for alarms, and the screen will not turn on when notifications are received.
On the quick panel, tap white minus icon, and select the do not disturb option you want, and then tap tick icon.
The black minus icon icon will appear at the top of the Watch screen.
Activating the watch always on feature
Set the screen to always display the time when the screen is turned off while you are wearing your Galaxy Watch3.
On the quick panel, tap watch icon.
※ If you activate this feature, the battery will drain more quickly than normal.
Activating theatre mode : Activate theatre mode for waatching movies
On the quick panel, tap movie icon.
Incoming calls will be muted and the screen will not turn on when receiving incoming calls. Also, all notifications will be muted, including alarms, and the screen will not turn on when notifications are received or when there is an alarm. Also, the wake-up gesture feature and watch always on feature will be deactivated automatically.
Activating water lock mode : Activate water lock mode when you exercise in water
On the quick panel, tap drop icon.
The touchscreen feature will be deactivated automatically.
Press and hold the Home key until the circle disappears to turn off water lock mode.
Activating the flash feature
You can use the Galaxy Watch3’s screen as a flash.
On the quick panel, tap flash icon. Rotate the bezel or tap the screen to adjust the flash brightness.
Activating the NFC feature
On the quick panel, tap NFC icon.
The NFC feature can be used conveniently with the NFC antenna.
Activating power saving mode
Activate power saving mode to restrict some Galaxy Watch3 features and reduce the battery usage.
On the quick panel, tap power saving icon → tick icon.
Activating the touch sensitivity feature: to use the touchscreen while wearing gloves
On the quick panel, tap touch icon.
Depending on the type of gloves, the touchscreen might not recognize your touch and the feature may not activate.
Note: The indicator icons may appear differently depending on the region, service provider, or model.
