Q. Can people with Sleep apnea use the Sleep apnea risk detection feature?
A. The Sleep apnea risk detection feature is intended for users aged 22 and above who have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea. It is designed to help detect signs of moderate to obstructive sleep apnea early so users can start managing their sleep health. It is not intended for the treatment, symptom observation, tracking, or monitoring of Sleep apnea.
Q. Why must the Sleep apnea risk detection feature be used for two days?
A. The Sleep apnea risk detection feature requires a certain amount of sleep data for more accurate measurement. The Sleep apnea analysis results will appear after you sleep for at least two nights while wearing your watch.
Q. Can the Sleep apnea risk detection feature stay on continuously?
A. The Sleep apnea risk detection feature automatically turns off after the measurement is completed. This feature is not designed for tracking or monitoring purposes, and using it frequently will not provide more accurate results.
Q. It says there isn't enough information when using the Sleep apnea risk detection feature. What should I do?
A. To ensure the watch collects enough data while you sleep, make sure to wear the watch snugly and avoid the wrist bone. For more detailed information, please refer to the Samsung Health Monitor mobile app > Sleep apnea tab > Pre-sleep precautions.
