Galaxy Watch4 BT: Notice to customers who have experienced power-off problem
First of all, we sincerely apologize to the customers who have experienced inconvenience in using our product.
Recently, it has been confirmed that some products are not powered on after software (VI3) update on Galaxy Watch4 Bluetooth model.
※ Galaxy Watch4 LTE model is not applicable.
If you have experienced this problem, please visit the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center or contact Support Center (https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/ > Contact us) even if it may cause inconvenient, we will check and take necessary measures, including free repair
Samsung has stopped updating the software that caused the error, and the improved software (VK4) has been distributed (through FOTA Open) sequentially since November 9 (in Korea first and United States, Global in order).
Please proceed the update to the latest version.
If you update the software to the VK4 version of the Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth model you are using, powered off may occur in very few products during the update due to the effect of the already installed VI3 version, so please be sure to back up your data before updating.

Mobile phone : Galaxy Wearable > Watch settings > Accounts and backup > Back up data
- available item for backup : Alarm, Apps, Quick panel, Samsung Health, Settings, Watch faces, Tiles
- Music or Picture files is not available for backup

The power-off phenomenon that occurred during the software (VI3) update of the Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth product has been improved in VK4 version. You can use it normally after completing the SW update to VK4 version.
In very few products, power-off may occur due to the effect of VI3 version during VK4 version update, so please be sure to back up your data before updating. If it occurs power-off phenomenon, please visit the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center or contact Support Center (https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/ > Contact us) to get proper action.

Fixed software version is released through FOTA sequentially in accordance with internal schedule. Please update the latest software along with software update notification on the device.
If you update the Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth product to software (VI3) and update(with restarting) Watch 4 to the latest software (VK4) while using it without restarting, powered-off may occur in very few products. This is caused by the previously updated software (VI3).
