1 What is Live Chat? What information do I need to prepare?

Live Chat is a real-time support service for customers to chat online with Samsung agents for enquiry, questions or other assistances. 

You will need to input your basic personal information (name, email address and phone number), and product category before using Live Chat service.

2 What services can I access through Live Chat?

Apart from technical support to Samsung products, any enquiry, questions or feedback related to Samsung Support, inlcude but not limited to Service Centre locations, gift redemption and service quality, are all welcome. 

You can also require assistance for our remote service using Live Chat. 

3 What is Live Chat's operating hours?

For enquiry related to Mobile Device, Computer & Samsung Pay, the operating hours would be 24/7 (24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holiday).

For enquiry related to TV, AV & Home Appliances, please contact us during 9am-8pm (Monday to Friday).

Live Chat service is also available during Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday from 9am-6pm.

4 Do I need to pay for Live Chat service?

Live Chat is free of charge. We support two languages: Chinese and English.

5 How can I get Live Chat support?

You can access Live Chat on samsung.com. Simply hover on the Support button at the top right hand corner, and click Live Chat.
