Error codes requiring authorized service
When the air conditioner displays an alarm on the display panel and won't turn on, it means the room temperature sensor is shorted or defective. Most of these cases need to be handled by an authorized repair technician. Therefore, please get in touch with our Samsung customer care for further assistance.

Notes:
- The codes displayed will correspond with the air conditioner model. However, the first letter of the code may differ depending on the model.
