What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program where users earn Samsung Rewards points by buying Samsung products and using Samsung services such as Samsung Wallet. Points can be redeemed toward purchases on Samsung.com/Shop and in the Samsung Rewards Catalogue.
How do I register for Samsung Rewards?
To enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must download and register for Samsung Members with your Samsung Account and join the Samsung Rewards. |
What is the Samsung Rewards Tiering Program?
Samsung Rewards Tiering Program is a loyalty program which rewards our customers who purchase products through Samsung.com.
The program features 3 tier levels - Blue, Gold, Platinum. Customers in each tier will enjoy incremental benefits such as increased Rewards earn rates, exclusive promotions and discounts.

Who is eligible for Samsung Rewards?
The Samsung Rewards Program is open to residents of Malaysia who are at least eighteen years of age or older. Register here [https://www.samsung.com/my/rewards/]
- If you set up a Samsung Account after [11 April 2023], you would have been automatically enrolled into Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing more you need to do - enjoy tier benefits with your next purchase!
- If you set up your Samsung Account before [11 April 2023], you would need to opt-in to join Samsung Rewards. You can check your membership status at [https://www.samsung.com/my/mypage/rewards/]
Can more than one person share a Samsung Rewards Account?
No, there is a limit of one Samsung Rewards Account per Samsung Account email address.
How is a member's tier status determined?
All new Rewards members will be auto-enrolled into the Blue tier upon joining the program.
If you spend between [RM10,000] and [RM19,999] within two years of joining the program, you'll be promoted to the Gold tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Gold member, all you'll need to do is to spend between [RM10,000] and [RM19,999] within the two year time period after you upgrade.
If you spend [RM20,000] or over within two years of joining the program you'll be promoted to the Platinum tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Platinum member, all you'll need to do is to spend [RM20,000] within the two year time period after you upgrade.
Once a tier status is attained, it will remain in effect for the following two years.
I made a purchase on Samsung.com before joining Samsung Rewards, will I be eligible to earn points on these?
Only purchases made after enrolling in Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Rewards tier evaluation.
I made a purchase from another Samsung eCommerce official store, will my purchase be eligible for tier evaluation?
Only purchases made through Samsung.com after enrolling in Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Rewards tier evaluation.
How long does it take for my tier to change when I am eligible for the next tier?
Rewards eligibility is reviewed on the last day of every month and will consider all purchases made over the last 24 months that have passed the cooling off period*. If the purchase isn't included in the current month, it will be considered in the following month.
After eligibility review on the last day of every month, tiers will be upgraded & adjusted on the 10th of the following month.
*The cooling off period refers to the period after a purchase where returns may be applicable.
Where can I check my Samsung Rewards tier level?
You can check your Tiering level and Rewards points by logging into your account and visiting 'My Page' at [https://www.samsung.com/my/mypage/rewards/]
If I am currently Gold or Platinum tier, how long can I stay at this tier?
You will enjoy Gold or Platinum benefits for 24 months after date of upgrade to the respective tiers.
To maintain your Gold or Platinum tiers, you need to have spent the required amount on Samsung.com within the past 24 months.
How long will my Points stay valid for?
Points earned from 17 October 2023 onwards (12.00 a.m.) will be valid for thirty six (36) months, through the last day of that month at 11:59 p.m. MYT. Points not redeemed during this validity period will expire and be forfeited.
For example:
1. All points earned on or before 16 October 2023, 11.59 p.m. Malaysia Time will be valid for twenty four (24) months.
2. All points earned from 17 October 2023, 12.00 a.m. Malaysia Time will be valid for thirty six (36) months.
Can I transfer Points to a different Samsung Rewards Account?
No. Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason.
Are my Samsung Rewards Points synced between all Samsung devices and services?
Yes, Samsung Rewards is synced with your Samsung Account. As long as the same Samsung Account is used on Samsung Pay and your Samsung devices, your Samsung Rewards Points will be synced.
How do I earn Samsung Rewards Points?
You will earn Points when you purchase products on Samsung.com and points earning rate may varies based on your current tier status.
How many Samsung Rewards Points can I earn through purchases on Samsung.com?
Please refer to the table below for respective tier's earn point rate:
Platinum tier : 5%
Gold tier : 3%
Blue tier : 1%
(e.g. a purchase of RM1,000 product made > 1%=RM10 → RM10 Points value, you will receive 333 points after the purchase)
Samsung reserves the right to vary point earning rates at any time without notice.
When will the Samsung Rewards Point credited to my Samsung Account?
Samsung Rewards Points will be awarded approximately fourteen (14) days after your order status changes to "delivery completed".
What if I pay for my order with multiple payment methods at Samsung.com?
Samsung Rewards Points are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping, promotional payment methods, as well as any excluded items/products).
For example, if you spend RM1,000 and pay RM500 with a credit card, and RM500 in Rewards, you will earn up to 1% in Rewards on the RM500 paid with the credit card (RM5 Points value).
Are there any limitations to redeem Samsung Rewards?
You require a minimum of 100 points and only a maximum of 99% of the purchase price (inclusive of tax) can be used when you purchase products on Samsung.com.
What is the value of 1point of Rewards Point?
1 point of Samsung Rewards has RM0.03 cash value. Cash value may be modified according to internal policy.
If I return my purchase within the return period, will my Samsung Rewards Points I redeemed for the purchase will be returned?
In the event a return is applicable, points will be refunded to your account within 30 days from your receipt of payment cancellation order.

I'm moving to another country. Will my current tier level & benefits be valid for use there?
Tier levels and benefits are applicable exclusively within the country of enrollment and cannot be transferred to a different country.

How do I earn Points in Samsung Rewards on Samsung Pay?
You will earn Points for each Qualified Transaction* using Samsung Pay, depending on your current tier status or purchase products on Samsung.com.
You can earn a Tier status at any time in the month by making the required number of cumulative Qualified Transactions. The Tier status will remain in effect as the minimum Tier Status for the following full calendar month only (through the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. MYT). You must re-qualify for future calendar months.

For example: If you make ten (10) Qualified Transactions in Month 1, you will earn Points based on your "Silver" status for the remaining days of Month 1 and will maintain “Silver Status” for all of Month 2. If you only make three (3) Qualified Transactions in Month 2, your status as of the beginning of Month 3 will now be Bronze.
If multiple transactions are made within five minutes of each other and/or multiple transactions are made when Device is not connected to either a cellular or WiFi network, you will only earn Points for the first Qualified Transaction. You can earn Points for up to 50 Qualified Transactions each calendar month.

Cross Border Rewards Conversion provides the service that enables customers to convert Rewards earned in a particular country by registering to Samsung Rewards Program to use in Samsung.com of other countries.
You can check your earned Reward points from entire Samsung.com and convert Reward points on My Rewards Page under My Page.
Rewards points transfers are available between Reward Programs of participating entities. Availability of the Reward points transfer may vary depending on country or region.
Any behaviors to take an advantage and tax reduction may be punished according to local law regulations.
You can use Rewards points conversion after logging into Samsung Account and registering with Rewards Program from the country you intend to use converted Rewards points
Converted Rewards points have the expiration date of the country that Rewards points have been converted originally
Converted Rewards points can be redeemed at where a country allows to use Rewards points, Galaxy Store, Samsung Art Store, and Samsung Food.
