What is the in-store pick-up process?

1. Customer to purchase product(s)* from Samsung.com
2. At the checkout page, (right before customer had keyed in their respective address) customer can select the option to pick up in store.
3. Customer can choose which outlet to collect the product.
4. Once item is ready for pickup, the respective store PIC will call the customer to inform that the item(s) is/are ready for collection.
