Corporate Online Banking is a payment method for corporates to make their online purchases by using corporate/business account via online transfer (B2B FPX). This payment method require 2 persons (customers) to conduct the transaction of the account.
i. The first person is the Maker who will initiate the transaction.
ii. The second person is the Checker who approve the transaction initiated by Maker.

This payment method is only applicable to SMB Portal.

1. What is the process flow of using Corporate Online Banking payment method?

i. Maker selects Corporate Online Banking payment in the payment page (SMB Portal: https://www.samsung.com/my/business)
ii. Maker selects Corporate Account in iPay88 verification page.
iii. Maker clicks proceed and will be redirected to Bank Login Page.
iv. Maker creates payment transaction and submits for approval to Checker.
v. Checker login to Bank website to approve the transaction*.
vi. The payment is officially completed.

*The Checker need to login to Bank website to approve the transaction within 120 hours from the order creation time failing which the order will be cancelled.
