Trade-in your device in 4 easy steps:

1. Choose your new Samsung Device, enter your preferred pickup postcode and confirm the condition of your used device. If you're eligible and within coverage area, you will see an estimated trade-in value.

2. Complete your purchase and payment for the trade-in amount will be credited to your bank account upon the collection/drop off of your used device.

3. Backup your files & photos, perform a factory reset, remove any SIM and microSD cards, and return your device to our trade-in partner within 3 days of receipt of your new phone. Our trade-in partner will confirm the collection date and time or drop off location with you.

4. If pick-up option is chosen, our trade-in partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect your old device. After inspection, they will confirm the final trade-in amount and payment will be credited to your bank account.


Our trade-in program is currently only available to postcodes listed here.
For West Malaysia Trade-in, collection and drop off options are available subject to confirmation by trade-in partner.
For East Malaysia Trade-in, only drop off option is available at locations listed here.
