How to open Air command panel when it disappears on Galaxy Note8?

Q : While using the Note8 device, air command icon disappear and so cannot activate the air command panel even though S-Pen is detached from device. What should I do for this?

A : Sorry for your inconvenience. Samsung is aware of this symptom which may appear on some limited Note8 devices and this issue has already been resolved with a software update.

Please update your Note8 device to the latest version via FOTA or Smart Switch PC.

Samsung always encourages users to keep software and apps updated to latest version.

And to open the Air command panel, detach the S Pen from the slot or hover the S Pen over the screen and press the S Pen button.
You can also tap the Air command icon with the S Pen.

Additionally, if air command is not activated even though your device is based on the latest software version, please check whether you had ever activated any menus in Accessibility.

Some features(i.e. Air view, Air command, Edge panels, Multi window) are not available while you are using specific menus of Accessibility.(i.e. Voice Assistant, Magnifier window, Magnification gestures.. etc.).
