How to backup to Samsung Cloud


● Step 1: Go into the Settings menu → Cloud and accounts.

● Step 2: Tap on Samsung Cloud.

● Step 3: Tap on Backup settings.

● Step 4: Select the content you wish to back up to Samsung Cloud. You can also choose to auto-backup your data to the Cloud.


Please Note:

With auto-backup, your apps will be backed up once every 24 hours if the following conditions are met:

● Your phone is charging.

● Your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

● The screen has been off for an hour.

● Step 5: Tap on Backup now.

● Step 6: Please wait a moment while the backup process begins.

● Step 7: The backup has been successfully completed now.
