Samsung Malaysia is introducing a new repair technique for Samsung smartphones. It gives customers the option to only repair their phone's display screen instead of replacing all components of the display screen.

Note : The repair price shown above are the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) which recommended by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd. The prices listed are not final, and may vary at other Samsung Authorized Service Centres or Service Repair Centre. Please confirm the final price with the relevant Service Centre.
The Screen Repair solution aims to reduce the customer's phone maintenance costs and reduce environmental impacts by lowering overall consumption of materials. This new repair solution is available for selected models and where the LCD display is damaged with no other signs of physical damage to the device (e.g. dents and chips to the frame).
Screen Repair
Repairs the phone's display screen only therefore, cheaper than screen replacement.
Screen Replacement
Replaces all components of the screen including the display screen, frame and other peripheral parts. Previously, the screen replacement solution was used for all damaged phone screens.

For In Warranty (IW) product
Free for pick-up and delivery within 20km from relevant Samsung Authorized Service Centre.
Beyond 20km, please call to our Careline to arrange mail in service to arrange pick up.
For Out of Warranty (OOW) product
There will be a charge of RM20 regardless of distance.
How do I request for Screen Repair Service ?

- Reach out to our Samsung Call Centre at 1 800 22 8899
- Drop off at nearby Samsung Authorized Service Centre
A Samsung Authorised Service Centre personnel will arrange to collect your phone from your home and deliver it back to you once repaired.
For models not on the list, you will have to repair your phone screen via Screen Replacement instead.
Samsung Screen Repair Centre is located at Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

Unfortunately, Samsung currently provided screen repair for selected model only. For models that not on the list, you can only repair your phone screen under Screen Replacement service. Check out the Screen Replacement Price here.
The Screen Repair Service only accepts Pick-up and Delivery service to the respective Screen Repair Centre to proceed with the repair. Our personnel will arrange to collect your phone from your desire location and deliver it back to you once repaired.
