When you connect a Samsung soundbar to your Samsung Smart TV to watch movies or programs, you may notice that the dialogue sounds quieter compared to the background music or sound effects. If adjusting the TV's volume or equalizer settings doesn't significantly improve the dialogue clarity, you can try enabling the Voice Enhance feature on your Samsung soundbar. Voice Enhance mode improves the quality of dialogue in movies and TV shows, making it easier to hear. You can enable Voice Enhance mode using the soundbar’s remote control or the SmartThings app on your phone.

Note: The Voice Enhance function is supported on 2022 and later Samsung soundbar models.

To activate Voice Enhance mode using the soundbar’s remote control, follow the steps below:

1 Make sure your soundbar is powered on and connected to your TV. Continuously press the Sound Control button on the soundbar’s remote control until you see "Voice Enhance" on the soundbar's display or hear the mode being announced.
