Samsung Tiering is a loyalty program which rewards our customers by purchasing products through the samsung.com online store.
There are 3 tier levels:
• Blue
• Gold
• Platinum
Each tier will come with incremental benefits such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions, and discounts
Customers who set up Samsung account after 26th July 2023, would have been automatically enrolled onto Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do - you can start benefitting from Tiering straight away.
If you set up your Samsung Account before 26th July 2023 or made a purchase on samsung.com online store, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards to enjoy tiering rewards points benefits.

Members of the Samsung Family Value Program (EPP) accounts or those who make purchases outside of samsung.com online store are not eligible for Samsung Tiering Program. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
You will be added into the Blue tier as soon as you join the program.
• Spending between $3,999 and $9,999 within 24 months of joining promotes you to the Gold tier to earn 2% back in rewards points.
• To maintain Gold tier status, spend within this range within the 24-month period after your upgrade.
• Spending $9,999 or more within 24 months of joining promotes you to the Platinum tier to earn 3% back in rewards points.
• To maintain Platinum tier status, spend $9,999 within the 24-month period after your upgrade.
Tier eligibility is checked on the last day of every month, taking into account all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling-off period. If a purchase isn't included in one month's evaluation, it will be considered the following month. After the tiers are evaluated on the last day of every month, your tier will be upgraded on the 10th of the next month.

Your rewards points expire within 36 months and,
Your rewards tiering status expires within 24 months.
You can check your Tiering level and rewards points by logging into your account at any time and visiting My Page at Samsung.com/nz/mypage/rewards.
Cross Border Rewards Conversion provides the service that enables customers to convert Rewards earned in a particular country by registering to Samsung Rewards Program to use in Samsung.com of other countries.
You can check your earned Reward points from entire Samsung.com and convert Reward points on My Rewards Page under My Page.
Rewards points transfers are available between Reward Programs of participating entities. Availability of the Reward points transfer may vary depending on country or region.
Any behaviors to take an advantage and tax reduction may be punished according to local law regulations.
You can use Rewards points conversion after logging into Samsung Account and registering with Rewards Program from the country you intend to use converted Rewards points.
Converted Rewards points have the expiration date of the country that Rewards points have been converted originally.
Converted Rewards points can be redeemed at where a country allows to use Rewards points, Galaxy Store, Samsung Art Store, and Samsung Food.
The usage of Rewards points may vary per countries.
