Can I get a refund on points?

Yes. Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned. You'll see your points returned to your account within 5 days once we have received and processed your return. To review your Samsung Rewards activities,you will need to be logged into your Samsung.com account to view this information by click on profile icon and then click on Samsung Rewards.
