What is the in-store pick-up process?
The Buy Online, Pick-up In Store (BOPIS) service is currently available to customers and this is totally free, subject to certain guidelines.
Designated pick up locations are select Samsung Experience Stores.

Once your order is ready for pick-up at the store, you will receive an email notification. Additional notification via SMS or messaging app (such as Viber) and/or call may be added when deemed necessary.
If you fail to pick up your order within 14 days of notice, it will be cancelled and payment refund will be initiated.
