Step 2 Apply
Once you find a role that suits your skill sets and interests, submit your application online.
Read the job descriptions carefully and highlight relevant experiences in your resumé. Make sure to update your resume with latest work experiences & professional achievements, and include a portfolio where applicable.
TIP
For fresh graduates with little work experience, include your internship experience or share about any school or external projects you have been a part of. -
Step 3 Candidate Screening
Our recruiters will reach out to shortlisted candidates should your experiences and skills match the job.
If your experience and skills are a good match, our talent acquisition team will get in touch with you. An interview date and time might be set up during the call.

Step 4 Interviews
Successful candidates will go through interviews with the hiring team and other stakeholders depending on the job you applied for.

The interviews may be in a virtual or physical setting, and may involve additional assessment such as case study analysis and presentation.
- Find a quiet environment for any phone calls or virtual interviews. This will help you focus better and converse comfortably and confidently.
- Feel free to clarify any questions with our recruiter before your interview so that we can help you be more prepared.
- Make sure to ask questions during your interview as well - an interview is a two-way process, and we want to make sure that your interests and expectations are aligned with the job and the team.
TIPS
After the interview, we will review your application and make a decision. This may take some time as there are many factors involved in making a hiring decision. -
Step 5 Offers
Once you’re selected as the final candidate, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
If you received an offer from us, congratulations! We can’t wait to have you onboard.
However, even if you do not receive an offer from us, this is not the end of your journey with Samsung. Opportunities are plentiful and we will reach out again if other suitable opportunities arise in the future.
Your time to shine
Preparing for an interview can be overwhelming but with the right mindset, it can boost your confidence in demonstrating your skill sets and help us assess your fit within the company.
- Ensure your resumé is updated and that the experiences and work you have done is related to the job description of the role you are applying for.
- If you are a fresh graduate with limited work experience, feel free to include your internship experiences or school activities/clubs which you have been a part of and share projects you have worked on.
- If a virtual interview has been set, be prepared to enter the meeting link 10-15 minutes before the interview. Any technical errors can occur and it pays to be early.
- When attending a virtual interview, it will be good to turn on your camera during the interview.
- Even if you have not been selected for the role you have applied for, do not despair as jobs are constantly evolving and there might be a more suitable role in Samsung for you in the future. As such, do keep a lookout on our career website for the latest job openings.
