South Asian Airforce implements multiple display solutions to enhance safety and efficiency in control room environment
The Airforce of a South Asian nation made the decision to change and improve its HQ briefing and control rooms. With existing analog technology not delivering the visuals required, the customer wanted to implement more comprehensive display solutions to create a smart and seamless environment. Samsung standalone signage, outdoor signage, video wall, interactive signage and LED signage displays were all installed for a variety of purposes, supported by Samsung’s Knox security system for robust protection that is critical in military environments. Samsung’s IFJ LED signage and VHR-R videowall with its razor-narrow bezel were installed to form a comprehensive main display in the control room. Finally, the Airforce also built a conference room for safe and efficient meetings using the interactive signage WMR model. By selecting a variety of Samsung solutions for multiple uses, the Airforce was able to communicate effectively in real-time, and in perfectly clear image quality so every detail is captured as it needs to be in a mission-critical setting.
Military organization optimizes control room environment with one of largest seamless screens in Europe
Military organization made the decision to enhance its mission-critical monitoring and control room. Having used an outdated large screen for over seven years, the decision was made to install Samsung’s The Wall – a flawless 575-inch display delivering modular flexibility, robust reliability and consistently perfect picture quality and premium design.
In a fast-paced, mission critical environment, one single screen was needed to display all IT systems and information in one place, ensuring a clear and accurate overview for end users. Latin American State Government upgrades control room with innovative Samsung display solutions
In Latin America, a State Government organization looked to upgrade the monitors within its control room for optimal efficiency. Prior to the upgrade project, team members within the control room typically used two monitors, 20 to 27-inches in size. These monitors were often connected to one PC with a thick bezel between the two screens, impacting visibility and hindering work. By installing Samsung’s CHG9, a large monitor with a 32:9 ratio, team members are now able to display multiple screens at once on one monitor and control them separately while viewing at the same time. This multitasking function allows other tasks to be completed while viewing the screen, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. The 1800R curvature of the monitor also ensures users can see the entire screen at a glance, enabling efficient work from any position within the control room environment.
