A global leader in the fast-food industry selected Samsung to provide display units as part of a project to transform its drive-thru offering. Increasingly, fast-food restaurants are creating drive-thru capabilities at their locations, enabling a higher volume of customers to engage with the brand daily. In order to make the customer experience as engaging as possible, the right display technology is critical. The customer decided to install Samsung’s OHF 55” outdoor signage which offers excellent durability with IP56 and IK10 certification, ensuring the display can withstand outdoor elements such as dust and rain. Perfectly suited for curbside pickup and as an outdoor menu board in the drive-thru, the OHF model also uses Samsung’s MagicINFO solution to easily control multiple devices from a server for efficient business operations.

With stores across North America, one well-known casual dining chain wanted to provide a great dining experience, while offering the character of a sports bar for customers watching the big game. As a place where viewers often choose to go and cheer on their favorite teams, the customer chose Samsung as its display partner to help bring the experience to life on a big screen. Samsung’s large LED display, with a width of 2.9M and length of 1.6M, was installed at the main stage or in the main viewing area of each location. By replacing the previous projector that was installed, the picture quality was much bigger, brighter and bolder. This ensured that every viewer could enjoy the game on the big screen while enjoying their food and drink – all for a memorable visit to the store.

With over 1,000 stores located throughout South Korea, C+Urban is one of the largest local franchise coffee chains. With increasing demand for a more seamless customer experience, Coffee Banhada decided to transform each store into a smart café that can operate efficiently 24/7.

In order to undergo this transformation, Samsung’s Kiosk was selected as the optimum display and installed in locations across the country. The Samsung Kiosk provides a smart solution that enables any smart café customer to order through the compact, touch-screen display, before receiving their beverage prepared by a robot barista for enhanced convenience.

In addition, the Samsung Kiosk is an integrated ordering and payment solution, supporting NFC (Near Field Communication), Wi-Fi, QR barcode scanner and receipt printer – all without the need for an external PC or additional peripherals. Powered by these intelligent features, the Samsung Kiosk delivers greater efficiency and peace of mind for business owners, while allowing enhanced management of sales data-based demand forecasts and inventory management. Day or night, the Kiosk is providing a smart solution that enables any business to transform and grow without limitations.

When releasing news products into market, one of the largest global tobacco groups in the world was looking to identify a new way to promote their products in the most efficient way possible. With store space typically limited, a smaller, more compact display was required. Samsung’s QBR small signage series was the perfect choice.

Available in two sizes, 13-inches and 24-inches, with touch-screen capability also available, the QBR series delivers clear, crisp picture quality, without requiring much space. Plus, installation is possible in both landscape and portrait orientation, offering flexibility for any environment. The QBR series is powered by Samsung’s proprietary SoC (System on Chip) technology, which is built into the product, removing the need for a separate, external PC.

One of the largest, most well-known global convenience store groups wanted to refresh the look and feel of its stores. With the ambition of appearing more stylish and attractive to potential customers, the group wanted to improve the visibility of each store, catching the eye of passers by before they even entered the store. Plus, once inside the store, it was important that customers could find everything they were looking for without any hassle.

As such, Samsung’s SHR signage was selected. The stretched widescreen display, with a 16:4.5 ratio, provides excellent visibility at any time of day or night, supported by a non-glare panel and 700 nit brightness in any lighting conditions. The display also enables portrait and landscape installation so store managers can maximize content use regardless of orientation. In addition to SHR signage, the global convenience leader selected Samsung’s VMT-U videowall display. This model is available in two size options, 46-inches and 55-inches, delivering a captivating viewing experience that ensures any promotional content leaves a lasting impression.

Both the SHR and VMT-U displays can be easily controlled using the MagicINFO management solution, enabling simple content management and seamless scheduling so that every message being delivered is the right one, at the right time.
