Is it possible to register all products without any restriction?
Unfortunately, there are restrictions for product registration. Only Samsung products are eligible for registration, and storage devices such as SSDs, accessories, and components that constitute the product cannot be registered even if they are Samsung products.
Why does my serial number, IMEI, or Model code appear to be invalid?
• Check if the product is eligible for registration.
• Check for characters that look alike. The letter "O" may look like the number zero "0" or the letter "S" may look like the number five "5."
• Make sure there are no missing digits.
- IMEI: 15 digits
- Mobile/Tablet/Wearable device S/N: 11 digits
- Other products S/N: 15 digits
• Please enter the serial number located on the product itself and not the one on the packaging/box.
How can I find the IMEI/Serial Number for my product?

How can I use a QR code to register?
Scan the QR code using the camera app on your Samsung device and follow the instructions. This feature is only supported on Samsung home appliances and non-smart B2C monitors. Make sure not to confuse the QR code for SmartThings.
How can I register using SmartThings app?
When you connect your Samsung smart home appliances to the SmartThings app, they will automatically appear as Unregistered Products under My Products. You can register the product by simply clicking on the 'Register' button.
How do I register my product using Samsung Members?
You can register your Samsung Product using the Samsung Members App by following these steps:
1) Open the Samsung Members app, and tap ‘Support’.
2) Tap on ‘+ Register’.
3) You may then register through the following methods: Scan QR code, Scan Wi-Fi, or Manual input/barcode.
4) To complete the registration on Samsung.com, find the product in Unregistered Products under the My Product tab and click the 'Register' button.
* Please note, products registered on this website may not be visible in the Samsung Members app.
How can I register my Smart TV on TV itself?
Samsung TV models produced from 2020 have a convenient feature that allows you to register through your TV. This means that you don't have to find your serial number, making the process quick and easy. Follow the steps below to register your TV.
1) Press the Home button on your remote control, then select Samsung Account.
2) Log into your Samsung account. If you have a Samsung mobile device, you can use the same account details.
3) Select 'TV Registration' in My Account.
4) Read the on-screen terms and conditions, then select 'Agree & Register'.
5) Once the registration has been completed, select 'Close'.
Are you still encountering difficulties with product registration?
• Using a VPN can cause connection issues. We recommend not using a VPN while registering.
• If you fail to register your product using the Samsung Members app, uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again.

You can access your list of registered products under the 'My Products' tab.

Product registration is required for Samsung repair services online. Register your product under My Products and click on the Get Support button.
