What is the Samsung Tiering Program?
Samsung Tiering is a loyalty program which rewards our customers by purchasing products through the online store.
There are 3 tier levels - Blue, Gold, Platinum
Each tier will come with incremental benefits such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions, and discounts
How do I register for the Samsung Tiering Program?
You will need to be signed up for the Samsung Rewards program to be eligible for Samsung Tiering. If you set up a Samsung Account after 2nd May 2023, you would have been automatically enrolled into Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do - you can start benefitting from Tiering straight away.
If you set up your Samsung Account before 2nd May 2023, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards.

How is a member's Tier status determined?
You will be added into the Blue tier as soon as you join the program.
If you spend between S$2,800 and S$3,799 within 2 years of joining the program you'll be promoted to the Gold tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Gold member, all you'll need to do is to spend between S$2,800 and S$3,799 within the 2 year time period after you upgrade.
If you spend S$3,800 or over within 2 years of joining the program you'll be promoted to the Platinum tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Platinum member, all you'll need to do is to spend S$3,800 within the 2 year time period after you upgrade.
I made a purchase before joining Samsung Rewards, will I be eligible for points on these?
Only purchases made on our online store after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Tiering evaluation.
I made a purchase from the outside of Samsung.com, Can my purchase get included to tier evaluation?
Only purchases made at Samsung.com after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Tiering evaluation.
How long does it take for my tier to change when I am eligible for the next tier?
Rewards eligiblity is checked on the last day of every month and will consider all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling off period. If the purchase isn't included one month, then it will be considered the following month. After the tiers are evaluated on the last day of every month, your tier will be upgraded on the 10th of the next month.
Where can I check my Tiering level?
You can check your Tiering level and rewards points by logging into your account at any time and visiting My Page at Samsung.com/sg/mypage/rewards.
If I am eligible for Gold or Platinum, how long can I stay at this level?
You will receive Gold, and Platinum benefits for 24 months after you upgrade to the respective tier. To stay at the Gold or Platinum level, you need to have spent the requried amount on Samsung.com within the previous 24 months.

The Program is open to legal residents of Singapore who are 18 years of age and older. Participants must also have a valid Samsung Account.
Samsung Rewards account can only be used by one user with one email address.
Points are non-transferable.

Yes, Samsung Rewards is synced with your Samsung Account. As long as the same Samsung Account is used on Samsung.com and your Samsung devices, your Samsung Rewards Points will be synced.
You will not be able to view your Samsung Rewards Points if you are not logged into your Samsung Account. Please log in to your Samsung Account and you will be able to view your Samsung Rewards Points history.
Should you cancel your purchase, your points may fall into the negative if your available point balance is less than the number of points forfeited.
Samsung Rewards Points will be awarded on the 15th day after your order has been delivered.
For qualifying transactions, you will earn Samsung Rewards Points equivalent to 1%-5% value of eligible purchase amount, depending on your Samsung Rewards tier.
For example, for a purchase of SGD$1,000, a 1% earn rate = SGD$10 = 5,000 Points. A Blue tier Samsung Rewards account holder will receive 5,000 Samsung Rewards Points.
Samsung reserves the right to vary point earning rates at any time without prior notice.
You can only earn Samsung Rewards points on eligible products made through Samsung.com and Samsung Shop App, and when you are logged in to your Samsung Account which is enrolled in the Samsung Rewards Program. Should an order be made through a guest account, the Samsung Rewards Points will not be awarded.
Certain payment methods and order types will not earn Samsung Rewards Points. Payment methods not eligible to earn Samsung Rewards Points include redeemed Rewards, Gift Cards, Exchange and concession orders
Samsung reserves the right to invalidate Points from a Participant's Rewards Account if it determines that such Points were improperly credited or obtained fraudulently.
Your rewards points are calculated based on final amount paid.
Samsung Rewards Points are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping, promotional payment methods, as well as any excluded items/products).
For example, if you spend SGD$1,000 and pay SGD$500 with a credit card, and SGD500 in Rewards, you will earn Samsung Rewards Points only on the SGD$500 paid with the credit card.
There is no limit to the number of points earned and redeemed per day.
If you purchased an item as a guest, you will not earn Samsung Rewards points. Once an order is confirmed as guest, we will not be able to award the points for the order.
Samsung Rewards Points are earned only when you make a purchase on Samsung.com and when logged into your Samsung Account which is enrolled in the Samsung Rewards Program.
You are required to use a minimum of 10 Samsung Rewards Points when purchasing products on https://shop.samsung.com/sg/.
You may redeem up to a maximum value of 99% of your total order price.
Samsung Rewards Point is equivalent to SGD$0.002. Samsung reserves the right to vary the conversion value of the Samsung Rewards Points at any time.
Yes, the Samsung Rewards Points used in your order will be credited back to your Samsung Account.
Return of the products are to be within the return window, the Samsung Online Store return policy applies.
The Samsung Rewards Points which you used to pay for the specific item returned will be credited back to your Samsung Account. The Samsung Rewards Points which you have earned from the returned items will be removed from your Samsung Rewards balance.
