What do I need to bring for the trade-in at Samsung Experience Stores?Simply bring your Eligible Trade-in Device and ensure that all security settings (PIN, passcode etc), Google and Samsung accounts are disabled, and that all your data is backed up. Please note that you will be required to provide your personal details such as name, ID/passport number and address for the purposes of the trade-in, as required under the law.

Can I trade in the eligible device, get the guaranteed trade-in value of 50% and not purchase the next eligible device?Prevailing trade-in prices will be applicable should you decide not to purchase the next eligible device.

"Samsung Early Upgrade Programme" (“Programme”) Terms & Conditions
1. To participate in this Programme, (i) the Galaxy Z Fold4 5G and Galaxy Z Flip4 5G (“Eligible Samsung Device”) must have been purchased from Samsung Experience Stores or Samsung Online Store during the period 2 September 2022 to 30 November 2022 in Singapore (ii) the Eligible Samsung Devices must be traded in 12 – 14 months from its respective purchase dates.
2. Customers will receive a guaranteed trade-in value of up to 50% based on the recommended retail price (“RRP”) of the Galaxy Z Fold4 5G or Galaxy Z Flip4 5G that was purchased in2022. You may use this amount to offset the next eligible Galaxy Z Series device purchase.
3. The guaranteed trade-in value of up to 50% is based on the condition assessment of the Galaxy Z Fold4 5G or Galaxy Z Flip4 5G devices that are to be traded in. 5. You are recommended to conduct a factory reset on the device prior to trade-in. This includes the deletion of personal data, contact information and all user-generated content. Please notify the in-store consultant should you require assistance in factory resetting or have not done the necessary actions to reset the device.
6. By participating in this Samsung Early Upgrade Programme, you consent to Samsung’s collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information relating to you in order to conduct the programme and in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy (www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html). Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of an entry is conditional on providing this information. Each participant agrees that Samsung may, for a reasonable period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to and/or telephoning the participant(s).
7. Samsung reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without assigning any reason to amend these Full Terms. No person shall be entitled to, and Samsung shall not be liable for, any payment or compensation (whether in cash, credit or kind) whatsoever arising from the foregoing.
8. If this programme is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Samsung, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time and without assigning any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to suspend, terminate or cancel this programme, as appropriate. No person shall be entitled to, and Samsung shall not be liable for, any payment or compensation (whether in cash, credit or kind) whatsoever arising from the foregoing.
9. In the event of any dispute arising from this programme or relating to the interpretation of these Full Terms, the decision of Samsung shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or further claims will be entertained.
10. These Full Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
