• Same Day Delivery will be charged at $50 per item

• Delivery slots will be on Monday to Friday: 2pm – 9pm.

• For Apartment/Condo: Delivery slots to be scheduled between 2pm to 5pm, subject to the respective Building Management’s approval (where applicable).

• Installer will contact customer to schedule a delivery timing for installation service to the delivery address.

• If Customer requires any add-on services, Customer is to make separate arrangements with the Installer in advance on the extra scope of service (ex/ Stacking, Joining, door direction change etc.,).

• Customer may only request for a re-scheduling of the delivery date before the delivery date is fixed.

Note:
• We conduct our stock-take bi-annually (one working day, each in early June & December). Orders which are placed after 3.30pm on the day before the stock-take date may have a delay of 1 to 2 working days. The stock-take dates are subject to change to avoid weekends and holidays. We apologies for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding on this.

• Next Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery is not available for pre-orders. Limited delivery slots, subject to availability.

• Where items from different categories are in the same order, please note that they may not be delivered on the same date as such items may be fulfilled by different third party logistics partners.

• We do not provide uninstallation services for large appliances. However we can assist to dispose of previous home appliances.

• Before installing the new home appliance(s), please uninstall and remove your existing/old products for disposal.

• For Air Conditioners, please expect a call within 1 - 3 working days to schedule the delivery & on-site visit.  

• For floor without elevator access there will be an additional charge of $20 per floor level to transport the old/new appliance.

Delivery coverage:
The delivery address must be located within mainland Singapore, with the exclusion of areas that are remote or restricted zones, or places that require security pass/ clearance, such as: Pulau Ubin, Sentosa, Jurong Island, military camps, prisons, Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex, ferry terminals, Airport Link, Tuas View Extension etc.
