I was not available to acknowledge receipt of delivery. How can I obtain my items now?
If you are not at your delivery location when our logistics partner attempts the delivery of your order, it will be returned to their depot or sorting office. This will trigger a delivery failure status on the tracking page.
For smartphones, tablets, wearables, small appliances products
A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made, after which, the order will be returned to warehouse. Cancellation and the refund process will be initiated, if applicable.
For bulky items such as refrigerators, laundry and TV or AV products
A total of 1 delivery attempt will be made, after which, the order will be returned to warehouse. Cancellation and the refund process will be initiated, if applicable.
