Can I modify my order details? I would like to add, remove or cancel products and promotions from my order.

No. You should cancel your order and place another order for your desired products and services.

- Go to "My Orders" and find the order you would like to change
- Look for the "Cancel" button
- Select "Cancel" for all the items in the order with the appropriate reason
- You will receive an email confirming that the order is cancelled and you may place another order for your desired products and services
- If the "Cancel" button is unavailable, the order is in the delivery stage and cannot be cancelled anymore
