I think my Samsung Account has been hacked or used by someone else. What do I do? 

Please reset your Samsung Account password immediately.

Samsung does not store your payment card information. The information visible on your account (and to our customer service team) is:

- The date your order was placed
- The amount paid
- The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
- The expiration date and the card issuer
- Name on the card

It cannot be used by someone else for unauthorised payments.
