What to do when a Samsung Windows 8 PC fails to boot?

Please note:
• If a blank screen appears on the monitor even though there is no problem with the PC power, there may be an error with the monitor connection or monitor brightness setting
• If the problem continues even after the procedures below have been completed, it may indicate that there is a hardware problem

If you are using an external monitor, check if the cable at the back of the computer is properly connected

Check if the external monitor has been turned on
3
Set the external monitor brightness to the maximum setting
4
For laptops, press the Fn + F3 key combination repeatedly to adjust the brightness
