How to name a tile group on Samsung Windows 8 PC?

On the Start-up screen, press and hold Ctrl key, select one of the Apps of the group you want to create and scroll down the mouse wheel (for Mobile Devices, you just use multi-touch - pinch) to be able to gather up all the Apps you want to group. Then select one of the groups you want to create name

Right-click the tile group and select the Name group option in the bottom of the screen

After entering a name for the group, the name will appear in the Start screen
