How to enable Touch Sensitivity on Samsung Galaxy Note9?

If your Galaxy Note9 is attached with a screen protector (privacy protection films, tempered glass protectors, etc.), the touchscreen may not function properly.
In this case, please activate Touch sensitivity feature to increase the touch sensitivity of the screen for use with screen protectors.
