How to format Micro SD Card on Samsung Mobile Device?

A Micro SD Card formatted on a computer may not be compatible with the mobile device. To format your Micro SD Card in Samsung Mobile Device, follow these steps:
Please note:
• Before formatting the memory card, remember to make backup copies of all important data stored in the memory card. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover loss of data resulting from user actions

Tap the upward arrow icon to unmount the Micro SD Card

Alternatively, select the Micro SD Card and click on Unamount

Open the tray slot and take out the Micro SD Card
How to mount Micro SD Card
When a Micro SD Card is inserted into the mobile device, it will automatically mount and ready for usage. However, if the Micro SD Card is unmounted previously but not remove from the mobile device, it will need to mount again.
