  • Samsung Pass is safe. Samsung Pass encrypts biometric information and stores it in the Trust Zone, the most secure space on Samsung phones. The biometric information is stored in the phone because the public key of the registered biometric is used to authenticate the website.
  • In order to use Samsung Pass, at least one fingerprint must be registered.
  • If all registered fingerprints are removed, Samsung Pass will be deactivated. To reactivate Samsung Pass on your phone, verification of your Samsung account password may be required. At least one fingerprint must be registered to use Samsung Pass after reactivation.
  • Even if you change your username or password on a website, Samsung Pass will not automatically update the information. You will need to go on Samsung Pass and select Web Login Information. Choose the website and information you would like to edit.
  • If you delete data from Samsung Pass, biometric data and web login information stored in Samsung Pass will be deleted. Your Samsung account will remain active for the period of time stated in the terms and conditions.
