What is the Galaxy Buds 360 audio feature?

With the latest update of Galaxy Buds Live/ Buds Pro/ Buds2 (the One UI version of your phone is supported by 3.1 or later), you can enjoy the ultimate audio technology experience known as “360 audio”, which allows you to enjoy audio files like never before. Learn more about this feature below.

With 360 audio, you can enjoy an immersive audio experience with just your device. You will experience sound from all directions, so it is the ultimate way to enjoy your videos.  

Please note: When 360 audio is on, Dolby Atmos will be deactivated while you are watching videos.

How to enable the 360 audio feature

Once you have connected your Galaxy Buds to your device, you can enable the 360 audio feature by following these steps:

Step 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app and tap “Earbuds settings”.

Step 2. Tap “360 audio”.

Step 3. Turn on the toggle button.

Check the version of your Galaxy Buds

To enjoy the 360 audio feature you must have the latest version of Galaxy Buds available. You can check and update the version by following these steps:

Step 1. Open Galaxy Wearable app and tap “Earbuds settings”.

Step 2. Tap “Earbuds software update”.

Step 3. Here you can make sure you have the latest version of Galaxy Buds or update if needed.
