Precautions when charging your Samsung smartphone

Please be reminded that the use of non-Samsung original or non-Samsung approved charging accessories (e.g., chargers, wireless charging pads, cables, USB-C adaptors, etc.) to charge your Samsung smartphone may cause safety issues and result in product damage.

We strongly recommend that you only use genuine Samsung original charging accessories.

When using wireless charging accessories, please note that any metal or magnetic materials (e.g., coins, magnetic cards, etc.) placed between the smartphone and the wireless charger may decrease charging efficiency or cause an overflow of current.

When using wired charging accessories, always ensure that there is no foreign object in the connector or plug, as this may prevent the smartphone from charging or cause the charging accessories to overheat.
