  • Mobile Products
    For servicing of mobile phones, tablets, accessories, wearables and earbuds please book an appointment before visiting our service centres.

    You may find the operating hours for the following service centres below:
    1) Plaza Singapura
    2) Westgate
    3) VivoCity
    4) Causeway Point
    5) Bedok Mall

    Monday to Saturday - 11:00am to 7:00pm
    Sunday and Public Holiday - 11:00am to 5:00pm

    Please back up your data before going down for servicing.

    To ensure the safety of your personal data, please activate Maintenance mode on your mobile device before sending it in for repair. When Maintenance mode is enabled, access to your data within the mobile device is restricted. Visit Maintenance Mode for more information.
