What to do when you encounter error on Samsung TV Smarthub?

When you are having issue on Smart Hub or when it is not working properly, follow these steps:
Reset Smart Hub

From the Home screen, navigate to Settings

Tap on Support

Select Self Diagnosis

Tap on Reset Smart Hub

Enter your Pin
Firmware upgrade

From the home screen, navigate to Settings

Tap on Support

Select Software Update
4
Select Update now

Please wait while TV checks for available update

To finish, select OK
